    Hi there,

    I have been trying to make changes to theme after download but only a black white page shows up when I click appearances/customizer. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @Bizness,

    The customizer load problem in your site might have been caused by plugins installed in your website.
    If you have any third-party plugins installed in your website currently, please try deactivating them one by one and check if the issue is resolved.

    Also, please verify if this solves your issues with the page builder problem too..

    these are the only plug in’s I have:

    Site Origin Widget Bundle
    Page Builder by Site Origin
    Contact Form 7

    One Click Child theme

    I have disabled this and still the issue occurs (one click child theme)

    I just uninstalled and reinstalled wordpress.

    I then installed the travel eye theme.

    I immediately tried the customizer for adding any plugins.

    It still shows up as a white blank screen.

    Any other theme I test the customerizer works perfectly.

    How can I attach my screenshot?
