Hi,
I have some problem with the Bhumi Pro installation. I am designing the web for a friend and she is who bougth your premium theme.
I installed the theme and I discovered some options as portfolio or services doesnt appear in the customize options. Later I discovered the theme needs some specific plugin wich allows that features work. Then I click to the plugin link gived in the wp dashboard and surf to ThemePalace and ask my friend about her account. She doesnt know anything about any account so Icreated my own account and as is normal I cant download the plugin beacause I didnt do any purchase.
Please I need a solution beacuse my friend it is not part of it.

Yes, the required plugin has to be downloaded separately from the account dashboard of an user who registered and purchased the plugin.
Since you are not an authorized person you won’t be able to download the plugin which is obvious.
She can do “Forgot password” from same login form where new password will be sent to her email.
This way account dashboard can be accessed and download the required plugin that is separately bundled with the theme.
