I have problems with the configuration menu of the theme, I installed the plugin named “Save Contact Form 7”, and when I enter to customize the theme I do not see the configuration options of the theme, for example colors, background image, Theme Option, Menus …

As we have check the issue locally by activating the third party plugin you have mentioned, we found that the issue is due the use of plugin you have mentioned.
Also Photo Perfect theme’s compatibility is not tested with the ‘Save Contact Form 7’ plugin or any other third party plugin .
Therefore as much as we would love to help,this is beyond the free support offered for the products.
But if you still want the plugin to work with the theme you can exclusively hire a Customizer.
