    @charles-brandreth,

    As we inspect your website iframe code <iframe src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-5J9NDP7" height="0" width="0" style="display:none;visibility:hidden"></iframe> is echoing in your website header. Could you please confirm this issue by removing the iframe code once please ?

    Hello @charles.brandreth,

    While we have tested the featured slider in the latest version of the Bizlight Pro theme, the slider is working fine without any issues.

    Also, while we have inspect your website it is seen that you are using multiple other third-party plugins for the slider currently in your website. The issue might have been caused by the conflict between the theme’s default slider and third party sliders from the plugin.

    Thus, for further debugging, please try disabling your third-party plugins one by one and see if this resolves the issue.

    Please write back to us if this does not resolve the issue.

    Hope this Helps,

    Best Regards !!

    Hello @charles-brandreth

    As much as we would love to assist you but for this typical issue, we would like to recommend you to consult with Hire a Customizer team for the upgrade related issues.

    To remind you, we only deal with theme related bugs, issues and documentations on free support and there are no officially registered bugs reported to fix and update the theme. Also you are using a child theme, issue with from theme is insignificant.

    Hope this gives you insight for the solution.

    Thank you.

    Hello @charles-brandreth,

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but as we have mentioned earlier, we have tested and verified in the latest version of the Bizlight Pro theme with no such issue in the slider. We would happily help you with the issue if the issue was related to the theme itself.

    With the customizations you have made with the child theme, we cannot be fully assured that the theme will always be compatible with the codes you have implemented via the child theme with each update to the theme. Hence, we would like to suggest you to consult with the professional customizer regarding the issues that is specific to your site and have been caused with the customizations.

    Hope you would understand,

    Best Regards !!

    Hello @charles-brandreth,

    We apologize for the trouble but we are dedicated to provide all the possible helps within our boundaries for customer support. Also, we are also trying our best to find optimum solution for the issues you are facing.

    While we still suspect that there are code conflicts caused by the customizations in the theme via child theme in your website we would like to suggest some CSS codes that will override the current CSS implemented via customization in your website and hopefully help you with the issue. Plaese try pasting in the following custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS :

    .evision-main-slider .slide-item .container-fluid {

    background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.5)!important;

    }

    Also, please be assured that we always try our best within our limits for customer support as client satisfaction is our top notch priority.

    Hope this Helps,

    Best Regards !!

    Hi there yes that has helped but theres a weird bit of overlapping at the bottom where the images are going backwards?

    Hello @charles-brandreth,

    Although your query is not clear enough, we are assuming you are referring to the fade effect in the slider that is seen while clicking in the arrow controls in the slider that makes the images look like overlapped during the transition.

    The option can be controlled from your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Home / Front Featured Slider > Slider Options > Slider Mode. You can switch the “Slider Mode” option to “None” if you wish to remove the transition effect. Alternatively, you can also try decreasing the transition delay from the “Slide Transition Duration (in ms)” option to decrease the transition time and reduce the overlapping effect.

    Please explain the issue further if this does not provide the desired result.

    Hope this Helps,

    Best Regards !!
