Can someone helps me figure out how to add the search feature to the mobile browser? I can’t find the search feature when using cellphone browser. I want the search icon or box to be down below the cart icon. Thanks!

The search feature you are asking is not the the theme feature . But you can still use widget area to add the search feature by adding search widget .
Also the feature you have mentioned will be considered as the requested feature for the theme.
