I am having a difficult time getting started and I feel that I am missing theme templates. I know the info content isn’t there and other items from the demo and the instructions just don’t appear correctly.Is there any way to get some live support/coaching?

Also to set up the necessary sections as in the theme demo you can always refer to the theme official documentation given below.

Yes, I’ve been using your instructions. They are fine except I don;t know what I have and don;t have. For instance – I do not have a front page that looks like what you have in the documentation. First one is I don’t have an Info Content Section at all. Nor do I see anything that resembles 4. Features. 5 and 6 seem like they are there, but are not pages listed in my page directory.
So maybe is there a listing of all the components that are supposed to be present? What pages, etc… should have been installed?

Please once very whether you have activated the plugin TP Education recommended by the theme or not?
If not activate the recommended plugin .
After the activation you will find the search section by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Sections > Search Sections.
Similarly the other sections like Info Content, Features, Recent is also managed by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Sections.

I’ve also now installed on a new server. Even worse shape. There are no pages except 1 sample page. I do not have anything resembling the demo website and all the sections appearing.
Also – there is nothing in the media folder.
Not enjoying this process one bit. PLEASE give me a listing of all the templates that are supposed to be present. All the media resources that are supposed to be present.
Yes – I installed the TP-Education plugin. And no the sections are not anywhere to be seen.
This is getting very frustrating. I do not want to continue with this 24 hour wait to have each question answered. Please provide me with an email address, or someway to get realtime help.
@dcreech, we are sorry for the inconvenience you are having with the setup process so far.
Recommended theme and plugin were well tested and verified against server version and configuration.
TEST 1 : Check server configuration
However, suggest you to check your current server info and PHP info to confirm whether it meets the server requirement.
Basic minimum WordPress requirements can be checked here : https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
By using this plugin you can check your current server info.
If configuration does not match with the min. requirement, you need to talk to your hosting.
If configuration matches your requirement go to TEST 2 below
TEST 2 : Plugin conflict
1. Please disable other third-party plugins if installed in your system.
2. Activate TP Education plugin and Kid Education Pro theme
3. Verify if error still exists. If no error thrown, plugin and theme has no issue.
4. Next, if still error exists, switch to default theme ‘Twentyseventeen’ and check if error still exists.If errors keep on showing, you can let our support member check current installation and configuration on your website. For this you can further follow through mail to support[at]wensolutions.com with your credentials.

Contact Page and Portfolio Page are two available Custom Templates for your pages.
Also – there is nothing in the media folder.
Theme does not come with media images preloaded during setup, so they do not get added in the Media. If you still want images as per demo, you can browse the folder and check readme.txt file where image source links are given and you can find them from there.

Configuration fine – all is working from that standpoint.
I do not have those two pages.Contact or Portfolio.
In my list of pages I have a sample page and that is all.

Contact and Portfolio are the template pages .
You will find these template pages at the right hand side of the particular page.
For this goto Admin Panel > Pages and then to the particular page . Here you will find the template section and you can assign the template to the particular page. The feature of the template pages is seen in the page you have assigned that template.
