Great theme, very impressed with it!
Since upgrading from the free to the pro version when I go to customise – colours – ET Slider Widget Options (Or any other widget option), where as before each text box relating to a different area on the page would below have a small box below it with the corresponding colour there is now only one small colour box at the very top of the page above the ‘General Colour Options’, covering over the Customising tab above.
I have deleted the theme and reinstalled it. I have installed the theme on another website and it works without a problem.
Am I missing anything obvious?March 15, 2016 at 10:30 am #3658
Thank you for using eVision Corporate Pro theme.
Sorry but the issue you have described above is quite hard to guess.
So can you please post in your site URL or share screenshots so that we could contrast those issues ?March 15, 2016 at 10:59 am #3659
There is only one colour box for all of the options. Sorry, it’s difficult to describe.March 15, 2016 at 12:03 pm #3660
This looks strange!. Would like you to verify few things related to browser issue itself. Have you tried viewing your customize section on other browsers as well like FF and Chrome ? Also check your current version of Safari is a latest version or not. Sometimes it could be due to browser cache or old versions of browser.
Could it possibly be the download file was corrupt?March 16, 2016 at 12:30 am #3671
We have tried to replicate your scenario of upgrading theme from the free to the pro version. And the color option in the customize section seems fine on different browsers and on different computers.
The problem you are facing may be due to download file was corrupt.
So, try downloading fresh copy of zip file and reinstall it and check for the issue.
If this issue still continues let us know.
Best Regards!!March 16, 2016 at 9:02 am #3679
I have re-downloaded the file, compressed it and uploaded it once again and the problem remains.
Any other suggestions? This is getting really tricky now and I’m approaching the deadline I need to have it completed!March 16, 2016 at 1:36 pm #3691
If possible, can you please email us your WP admin credentials at email@example.com so that we could check the setup based on current issue?March 17, 2016 at 8:47 am #3728
Fully resolved now thanks to the Support Team. Very good customer service! If anyone else is having a similar issue go through each of your plugins, deactivating and then reactivating them. The problem plugin for me was the Spider Event Calendar.
