    Hi there,

    I have recently purchased WP Travel Pro and I have two questions.

    1. How to send a pdf invoice attached on the client booking email. I think it would be more transparent for the client, if he access the invoice before payment. Especially when bank transfer payment is used.
    2. How to display the price of the trip on the client booking email. Custom tags like {currency_symbol}, {trip_price}, {currency_symbol}, {payment_amount} are not working.

    Query 1. How to send a pdf invoice attached to the client booking email. I think it would be more transparent for the client if he accesses the invoice before payment. Especially when the bank transfer payment is used.

    Also, the invoice before payment is not possible.

    Hello,

    Thank you for you answers. I am sending a screenshot of the booking email which is recieved by the client. The tags do not show properly. I mean the tags with the price of the trips.

    Actually, when we inspected the issue you have reported in our side, everything is fine regarding receiving an email with the detail information of price as you can see in the screenshot below:

    Above screenshot is of the payment received email. You will get an email for booking and the payment separately where payment detail is shown in the payment received email.

    Also, make sure you have all the settings like the screen record given below:

    Hello,

    Thank you for you answer.

    We only use bank transfer as a payment method. So the client does not recieve an email for his payment (as show in the screenshot). He needs to see the total amount in the first email in order to make the payment. Is it possible to send him that information with the first email after booking?

    Hello,

    For now, the feature to view the payment details in the email is only possible after payment is done.

    After ‘booking only’, you will receive the booking email only with booking details.

    To show the payment details in the booking email, it is possible only after code customization. So, you can consider hiring a freelancer or our professional developer.
