Thanks for using eVision Corporate Pro.
Now if you go to
Theme Options -> HomePage/Frontpage Options, there you will see
Portfolio sectionwhere you can choose pages for Portfolio. If you click any of those pages in the front-end which are listed as Portfolio then it redirects you to that particular page. So make sure you have that pages actually at the backend. If those pages are not at the backend then it takes you to the broken page.
Hope that helps resolving your issue. If you find any sort of difficulty you can kindly post it.
Thanks!January 6, 2016 at 10:49 am #713ZachParticipant
Thanks for the reply but aren’t the instructions you gave me for the free version? I have paid for the Pro version of your theme.
According to your theme instructions for the pro version all of the settings in Appearance, Customize, Homepage/Frontpage Options are only for the free version.
I did however follow your directions but they did not work. Currently, I have (4) portfolio items created as you can see on http://www.digitalmediatexas.com. The settings within Homepage/Frontpage Options only gave me the opportunity to assign (3) portfolio items to the home page.
Please send me the correction instructions on how to configure links to portfolio items on your Pro version.January 6, 2016 at 11:15 am #714
Sorry for the inconvenience. You are right that you can have additional items display in your corresponding home sections through Widgets by first activating available modules from ET Dashboard section which are not available in free version.
Now, try updating your permalink once from
Settings->Permalinksafter you activate the required module and create posts like portfolio items. This should fix your ‘Page not found’ (404 error ) issue . This is not every time you are required to do but may require for the first time you enable any of the new available module in ET Dashboard section.
Let us know if you still have this issue.

Resetting the permalinks fixed the issue.
One additional question… I have found that when adding the shortcodes from homepage widgets to the innerpage widget, the menu item is not clickable. Is it possible to link homepage widget shortcodes to a inner page menu?
ThanksJanuary 6, 2016 at 11:54 am #716
After checking your site for inner pages we found you have inner menus missing. Menu items for inner pages should be created separately and assigned to its respective menu location. You can do so through
Appearance->Menus, create new menu with new menu items from custom links and assign them to the Menu Location Inner Pages Menu and [Save] . Menu items as inner menus should now appear on all other inner pages.
You can check the documentation explaining this here : http://themepalace.com/theme-instructions/evision-corporate-pro/#MenuSection
