This is now 2020 and the issue does not seem to be fixed. I purchased WS Theme AddOns Pro in February and get “License invalid”! What is wrong? How can it be fixed?

    Hello,

Actually, everything is working fine on our side.

The issue might have raised due to the usage of your license in another domain. If so, you have to reset the license and for this, you can send in the reset request for the license at info[at]themepalace.com

Even if the issue persists, please provide us your login details and site URL so that we can inspect further.

    Regards.

    Hello,

We logged into your dashboard and checked by going to Admin Panel > Tools > Site Health then we found an error as mentioned below:

The 28 curl error message usually occurs when there is a problem with your web hosting. The problem will probably occur for any of these three reasons:
-Your web server is blocking connections to other websites (ie. your server is using a firewall, not your computer).
-The cURL version on your web server is not up to date, which you can check yourself following this article.
-Your web server is too slow, therefore, your connection times out.

Unfortunately, unless you’re an administrator on the webserver, you can’t solve the problems above yourself. You’d need to contact your web host and ask them to fix these issues.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards.
