I created several notice bars after downloading the pro version and attempted to schedule them. When I went to my website, I realized that the bar scheduled to come down two days ago had not been replaced with the correct notice, although the dates and times were correct and consistent with the server time.
I unclicked “Enable notice” under all of my other notice bars so that only the correct one would be enabled, but then it disappeared altogether. All that is visible is the close or toggle button. Nothing I have attempted, including deleting all my notice bars and creating a new one from scratch.
I would really appreciate help getting my notice bar visible again as well as getting the scheduling feature to work.

Have you had a chance to look at my website? I’m becoming very frustrated by the lack of support. I have even tried deleting and re-installing the plugin, but it still is not working.April 14, 2020 at 6:04 am #120856

Right now, my main concern is that I cannot get the plugin to function at all. Can you help me with that? I’ve tried deleting and re-installing the plugin, deleting all my notice bars and creating new ones, and disabling and enabling existing bars, but nothing I do makes the notice bar appear on my website again. I did not have this issue before installing the Pro version.April 16, 2020 at 7:46 am #121014
Regarding your query, please once update the notice bar plugin and also check whether you have added any other plugins that are creating the issues otherwise it should have worked fine.
Further, regarding the schedule feature, we will soon release the update fixing the issue.
If you still get the issue you have mentioned, then please send the screen record so that we can be more clear.

The Notice Bar Pro plugin is up to date. I have no idea what other plugins could be disrupting its function, but I have not installed any plugins since installing Notice Bar Pro and it was working (disregarding the scheduling feature) until I tried to use the scheduling feature.
Please see this document for screenshots of my the visibility settings on my current notice bar and concurrent website homepage with lack of notice bar: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KAxMxg5ccpr0XCybgKVScdy-4hi0WjoK/view?usp=sharingApril 17, 2020 at 3:15 am #121091
Regarding your query, the schedule might not be working because the time zone has not been set as per your city. So, once go to the WordPress setting and set the time zone and verify the issue as shown in the screenshot given below:
Hope this will resolve the issue, and the schedule will work fine.
If you have further queries, let us know.

I made sure the time zone was correctly set up before trying to use the scheduling feature, so unfortunately, that is not this issue.
Also, at this point, I am far less concerned with the scheduling feature and far more concerned (as I have stated) that the plugin is no longer working AT ALL. Nothing I do make a notice bar appear on my website and I have been trying to get this plugin to work for more than two weeks now with no avail.
