    Hello

    Hi guys

I bought the “Business Hub Pro” theme today.

It works great apart from the sticky navigation which I can’t get to work proper.

Tested in on serveral domains – no chance.

    Example: mt-power.com

When I use the free version of the theme it works and sticks to the top, but not in the paid version.

I dont use any Child Themes – just installed and activated without chances – is the source wrong? Must be. Please help

    Thanks
    Uwe

    Hello @vision64,

First of all thank you very much for using the pro version.

The sticky feature of the menu also works in pro version as well.

To enable the sticky feature in Business Hub pro go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Theme Options > Header and check the option “Enable sticky header“.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards!!

    Have a good day 🙂 .

    Hi

thanks but of course the option for a sticky header is activated.

I think I found at least the area where the problem is.

A famous plugin called “autooptimize” https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/

When I disable this – the header keeps sticky in the paid version. When I enable it – it don’t work anymore. Well in general I would say that might be a problem of the plugin. But why does it work then on the free version of the theme with the plugin active?

    It is the option:
    Force JavaScript in <head>?
of the plugin which cause trouble.

I would like to keep that if possible – and I still wondering why it works in the free theme?

    Hello @vision64,

Actually, we have not done any sorts of compatibility testing with the third party plugin besides the one that is recommended by the theme itself.

Since we have not done any sorts of testing we couldn’t say why it exactly works with the free version but not the pro version. Also as much as we would love to help you on this we are unable to do so as it falls beyond the support we offer for our product.

So if the plugin is generating the issue, our suggestion would be please deactivate it.

    Thank you.

    Best regards!!
