    Hello,

    Recently i purchase the field editor. Although i customized the field in the backend and i saved the changes (enquiry form, traveler form, booking form), in the front end still remains the same.
    I try to solve this problem by cleaning the cache, tried another browser,deactivate plugins, but still the problem remains.

    As you can see they dont much.

    Can you please help me with that issue? Or then i have to ask for refund.

    Hello,

    Regarding your query, the changes made in the backend need to appear in the frontend after you save the changes made. Once you check the changes you made are saved. You can also refer to the screen record and repeat the process as everything is working fine on our side.

    Even when I edit the exciting fields the changes does not take place😭

    Hello,

    Thank you for providing the CPanel.

    When we inspected the issue further, we found that you have set your site to English(UK) and from your WordPress setting you have set language to English(U.S). The conflict between the WordPress language setting and setting from the plugin has raised the issue.

    So, please make sure to set the same language in both the setting. For now, we have resolved the issue.
