Busyness Pro
Busyness Pro, with its aesthetically pleasant and modern looking design, is a Premium Multipurpose Corporate WordPress theme fully capable of handling the needs and requirements of an enormously vast range of corporate and portfolio websites.
After you purchase the theme, you can download your theme from My Account page. Just for your note, some modern browser like Safari has auto zip extractor and will extract the zip file as soon as you download the zip file. In this case, open Safari and go to “Safari => Preferences” and in the “General” tab, uncheck Open “safe” files after downloading. This will stop Safari from automatically unzipping the files and then you can download the zip file.
After you download the theme, you can choose either of the approaches given below to install your theme.
- Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
- Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
- Select Add New.
- Then select Upload Theme.
- Click Browse Locate busyness-pro.zip Theme in your computer.
- Select busyness-pro.zip and click Install Now button
You can use FTP client like FileZilla to connect your web server.
- Unzip busyness-pro.zip to your Desktop.
- Using an FTP client to access your host web server, go to /wp-content/themes/ and upload your new copy of Busyness Pro Theme.
- Now, log into the WordPress Dashboard with your login details.
- Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
- You will see the theme in the list.
- Then click Activate button.
- Now the theme will be activate and go through the following options to set up the theme step wise.
After successfully installing the required theme, you need to activate your theme. Follow the given steps to activate the theme.
- Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
- You will see the Busyness Pro theme in the list.
- Click the Activate button.
- After clicking in activate button the theme will be activate.
- Now go to “Appearnace => Theme License” and then add the license key. Click on “Save Changes” and “Activate” button.
- Note: you can find you license key in My Account page.
- Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
- Select the Appearance panel, then Install Plugins. From there, install and activate Catch Themes Demo Import.
- Then click on “Catch Themes Demo Import” under Appearance panel.
- Finally, click on Import Demo Data button only once and wait for it to complete import.
- It can take a couple of minutes, and will display “That’s it, all done!” message after the import is completed.
For Site Identity: Go to “Appearance => Customize => Site Identity” and you will see option for Logo, Site Title, Tagline and Site Icon.
- Logo:
- To upload logo, click on “Select Logo” and if you already have logo then you can replace the existing logo by clicking on “Change logo”
- Then you can either upload the image from your computer or select the existing image from your media library
- Finally, click on “Publish”
- Site Title: You can just type in the title such as brand name of your site and click on “Publish”
- Tagline: You can just type in the Tagline, such as your brand slogan of your site and click on “Publish”
- If you want to disable Site Title and Tagling then just uncheck “Display Site Title and Tagline”. Finally click on “Publish”
- Site Icon: It is also commenly know as Favicon. Site Icons are what you see in browser tabs, bookmark bars, and within the WordPress mobile apps. Click on “Select site icon” and if you already have site logo then you can replace the existing site icon by clicking on “Change image”
This theme supports the default background image functionality of WordPress core. So, you can add a background image to your site as per your needs.
How to Add/Replace Background Image?
Go to “Appearance => Customize => Background Image”, click on “Select image” and if you already have background image then you can replace the existing image by clicking on “Change image”. Then you can either upload the image from your computer or select the existing image from your media library. There are order options like preset, image positions, image size, repeat background, and scroll. You can adjust as per your need and finally click on the “Publish” button.
Note: This only changes the background of the main content area and not the overall site background.
Custom Menus are a list of common links that are usually displayed as the main navigation for your site. The menu location can vary depending on your theme. This theme offers 2 menu locations.
- Primary Menu: This is the main menu of the theme and it will show on the header section
- Social Menu: This theme also support social links menu. When you assign menu to this location, it will automatically convert menu items to corresponding icons for popular social media sites
To create custom menus
- Go to “Apperance => Customize => Menus”
- If your theme already has a primary menu, you can click on it to begin editing
- If your theme does not already have a primary menu, then click on “Create New Menu”
- Give your menu a name
- Select Menu Locatons where you want the menu to appear, as mention above this theme have 4 menu locations
- Click “Next” to begin adding items to your new menu. There are default menu items like
- Custom Link: Adds a custom URL linking to another site or social site
- Pages: Add a link to page on your site
- Posts: Add a link to post on your site
- Categories: Add a link to cateogry on your site, which will show blog posts from a given category
- Tags: Add a link to tag on your site, which will show blog posts from a given tag
This theme also supports the social links menu. You need to create a social menu the same as a custom menu and just add like to your social site using custom links.
- Go to “Apperance => Customize => Menus”
- If your theme already has a social menu, you can click on it to begin editing
- If your theme does not already have a social menu, then click on “Create New Menu”
- Give your menu a name, best will be like “Social Menu”
- Select “Social Menu” on Menu Locations
- Click “Next” to begin adding items to your social menu
- Click on “Add Items” and click on “Custom Link”
- Add the address for one of your social media profiles in the URL field. For example, if the link to your Facebook profile is https://www.facebook.com/wenthemes/, you would copy that into the URL field
- You can also enter a name for the social media profile in the Link Text field. Once you’re ready, click Add to Menu
- Repeat the above steps until all the social media profiles you wish to use have been added to the menu
- Finally, click Publish
To make your primary menu as a sticky menu, you need to go to “Appearance => Customize => Menus => Header Menu”, then check in the option “Make Menu Sticky” and click on “Publish” button.
Posts and pages can have a single featured image, which theme uses to enhance the presentation of your site. So, it’s generally good practice to add featured image in our post and page the time of creation. But if you missed adding the featured image, then you can further edit the post and page and add the featured image.
Follow the instruction below to add a featured image:
- Either you are adding new page/post or editing existing page/post. Just be in the page/post editor of the page/post in which you want to add featured immage
- Then locate the “Featured Image” module on the right side
- Click Set Featured Image
- Then you can either upload the image from your computer or select the existing image from your media library and click on “Set Featured Image” button
- If you are creating new page/post, then you can click on “Publish” button but if you are editing existing page/post, then you can click on “Update”
This theme supports the default header image functionality of WordPress core. So, you can add a header image to your site as per your needs.
How to Add/Replace Header Image?
Go to “Appearance => Customize => Header Image”, you will see the Default Header image that came with the theme. If you want to replace that then click on “Add new image”. Then you can either upload the image from your computer or select the existing image from your media library and finally click on the “Publish” button.
Note: Header image will be disabled in Homepage if you have enabled “Slider”.
From Customize section, go to Homepage Setting you will see two option.
- Your latest posts: When you choose this option your homepage will display your latest posts. This option is used when you are creating a simple blog site. But if you want a static front page with custom sections then you need to go with “a static page” option.
- A static page: When you choose this option, you will be able to select the page for your Homepage as well as the page to show your latest posts in Posts page. That is why you will get the following two options
- Homepage: Here you can select any page which you want to show in your homepage. Note: All the custom sections of homepage will only be visible on Homepage once you set a page for the Homepage Setting option.
- Posts page: Here you can select any page where you want to show all your latest posts.
To set up content like in the demo homepage:
- First, you need to create a page for homepage
- Then you need to this page as Homepage from “Appearance => Customize => Honepage Settings”, click on “A static page”. Here you can also assign another page for your blog but this is optional
- Then, you need to go to “Apperance => Customize => Homepage Sections”. In this theme, you have following options in Homepage Sections
- Contact Button
- Main Slider
- Services
- About
- Video

- Call To Action

- Blog
- Pricing

- Client Section
You can add a button in the Header Right section. Please follow the instructions below to add your own call to actions:
- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => Contact Button”
- Toggle on to enable “Display Login / Register”, then it will load “Login Label” and “Login URL”. Just add button text in Login Label and target url in Login URL
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
Main Slider: This option enables you to showcase your main image and content for your site in a slide.
Busyness Pro theme supports 3 different types of sliders.
- Category
- Post
- Page
So, to add slider, please follow the instructions as below:
- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => Main Slider” and Enable “Slider Section Enable”.
- No of Slides: This option will allow you increase or decrease the number of slides that you want to have in your slider
- Slider Autoplay Enable: This option will allow you to do continious slide your images whithout a need to click pager or arrows
- Slider Button Label: Here you can change the main button text in the slider.
- Content Type: This option will allow you switch bettwen the various slider type that theme has. So, select the one that fits your need
- Slider Alt Button Label: Here you can add text to secondary button text
- Slider Alt Button Url: Here you can add target URL to secondary button
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
Note:
- When you select the slider type as “Category/Post”, it will show the post Featured Image, title, and the excerpt of the content. So, don’t forget to add Featured Image in your Post
- Similary when you select the slider type as “Page”, it will show the page Featured Image, title, and the excerpt of the content. So, don’t forget to add Featured Image in your Page
Services section can be used to display the selected page/post/category to showcase your services or any important content.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => Services” and Enable ”
Service Section Enable “. - Then fill in the necessary items as per your need:
- Section Title: Title for the Services section
- Sub Title: Sub Title for the Services section
- Column Layout: You can either select 3 Column or 4 Column to display the services
- Number of Services: It’s the number of service that you want to show on the services. Enter number between 2 and 12. Save and refresh the page to change the number of Blocks
- Content Type: This option will allow you switch between the various service type that theme has. So, select the one that fits your need
- Select Icon: You can select the suitable icon for your service
- Button Label: Here you can text for the button
- URL Link: Here you can add target URL for the button
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
About section can be used to display the selected page/post/category to showcase your about or any important content.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => About” and Enable ”
About Section Enable”. - Then fill in the necessary items as per your need:
- Number of Abouts: It’s the number of about that you want to show on the about section. Enter number between 1 and 6. Save and refresh the page to change the number of Blocks
- Content Type: This option will allow you switch between the various about type that theme has. So, select the one that fits your need
- Button Label: Here you can text for the button
- URL Link: Here you can add target URL for the button
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
About section can be used to display the selected page/post/category to showcase your Video.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => Video” and Enable “Video Section Enable”.
- Then fill in the necessary items as per your need:
- Content Type: This option will allow you switch between the various Video type that theme has. So, select the one that fits your need
- Video Button Label: Here you can text for the button
- Video Link: Here you can add target URL for the button
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
The portfolio section can be used to display the selected category to showcase your porfolio/projects or any important content.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => Portfolio” and Enable ”
My Portfolio Section Enable”. - Then fill in the necessary items as per your need:
- Title: Title for the Portfolio section
- Sub Title: Sub Title for the Portfolio section
- Number of Post: It’s the number of portfolio that you want to show on the portfolio. Enter number between 1 and 12. Save and refresh the page to change the number of Blocks
- Select Multiple Categories: This option allows you to select the multiple category one by one
- Button Label: Here you can text for the button
- URL Link: Here you can add target URL for the button
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
Teams section can be used to display the team members. This is a predesigned section to showcase your team members.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => Teams” and Enable ”
Team Section Enable “.
- Then fill in the necessary items as per your need:
- Title: Title for the Team section
- Sub Title: Sub Title for the Team section
- Content Type: This option will allow you switch between the various Teams type that theme has. So, select the one that fits your need
- Number of Teams: It’s the number of team members that you want to show on the Team section, which you can increase or decrease as per your need
- Social: You can add the team members social profile links
- Button Label: Here you can text for the button
- URL Link: Here you can add target URL for the button
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
Counters section can be used to display the statistics number.

- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => Counters” and Enable ”
Counter Section Enable “. - Then fill in the necessary items as per your need
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
The testimonial section can be used to display the team members. This is a predesigned section to showcase.

- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => Testimonial” and Enable “Testimonial Section Enable “.
- Then fill in the necessary items as per your need:
- Section Title: Title for the Testimonial section
- Sub Title: Sub Title for the Testimonial section
- Content Type: This option will allow you switch between the various Testimonial type that theme has. So, select the one that fits your need
- Number of Testimonials: It’s the number of Testimonials that you want to show on the Testimonial section, which you can increase or decrease as per your need
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
Call to Action section can be used to display any important notice/offers/message to your site visitors. Please follow the instructions below to add your own call to actions:

- Content Type: This option will allow you switch between the various blog type that theme has. So, select the one that fits your need
- Then fill in the necessary items as per your need
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
Pricing section can be used to display the pricing table. Please follow the instructions below to add your own Pricing section:

Promotion section can be used to display any important notice/offers/message to your site visitors. Please follow the instructions below to add your own Promotion section:

The client section can be used to display the logo of our client/affiliates.

- Go to “Appearance => Customize => Homepage Sections => Client Section” and Enable “Client Section Enable”.
- Then fill in the necessary items as per your need:
- Number of Posts: It’s the number of logo that you want to show on the client section, which you can increase or decrease as per your need
- Client Logo: Here you can uplload the logo
- Client Link: Here you can add link for the particulat logo
- After you make all the necessary adjustment. Finally, click “Publish” button
Theme options are specific options or customization elements related to theme elements. These elements enhance the site features.

This section helps you to change the order of the sections on the homepage. You can click on the section that you want to change the order and then drag up and down as per your need.
You can manage it from “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Homepage Sortable”
To enable/disable breadcrumb, you need to go to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Loader”.
To enable/disable breadcrumb, you need to go to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Breadcrumb”.
You can change the Site layout from “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Layout”. Here you can change Site Layout, Global Sidebar Position, Posts Sidebar Position, and Pages Sidebar Position.
You can change the Blog Page Excerpt Length and Read more label from “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Excerpt”.
- First, go to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Pagination”
- Then, select the desire type in “Pagination Type”
- Finally, click on “Publish” button
You can change the font family and choose the desired typography. For that you need to go to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Typography”.
For, this you need to go to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Footer Options”.
In Footer Options you will see:
- Copyright Text: From here you can edit/delete the copyright text for your site
- Powered By Text: From here you can edit/delete the powered by text for your site
- Footer Social Menu: This option enables the social menu in the footer section. (Note:You need to manage location of social menu from Admin Panel => Menus)
- Display Scroll Top Button: This option enables the go to top icon in the site
You can show or hide meta in Blog/Archive from “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Blog/Archive”.
You can show or hide meta in single post from “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Single Post”.
You can use the CSS editor to customize the appearance of your site. It works by allowing you to add your own CSS styles, which allows you to override the default styles of your Theme. To access the CSS editor, go to “Appearance = Customize => Additional CSS”.
Widget is a fancy word for tools or content that you can add, arrange, and remove from the sidebars (Widget Areas) of your site. Widgets make it easy to customize the content of your sidebars (Widget Areas).
This theme has 10 Sidebars (widget areas):
- Sidebar: This is your site main sidebar, which is displayed on the right or left side of your site content. This sidebar is visible only when you select “Global Sidebar Position” as “Right Sidebar” and “Left Sidebar”
- Footer Widget 1: This is your first sidebar section in Footer, which is displayed on the bottom of your site
- Footer Widget 2: This is your second sidebar section in Footer, which is displayed on the bottom of your site
- Footer Widget 3: This is your third sidebar section in Footer, which is displayed on the bottom of your site
- Footer Widget 4: This is your fourth sidebar section in Footer, which is displayed on the bottom of your site
- Footer Widget 5: This is your fifth sidebar section in Footer, which is displayed on the bottom of your site
- Optional Sidebar 1: This is an extra sidebar 1 which you can select in any of your page or post. This sidebar can replace sidebar
- Optional Sidebar 2: This is an extra sidebar 2 which you can select in any of your page or post. This sidebar can replace sidebar
- Optional Sidebar 3: This is an extra sidebar 3 which you can select in any of your page or post. This sidebar can replace sidebar
- Optional Sidebar 4: This is an extra sidebar 4 which you can select in any of your page or post. This sidebar can replace sidebar
Note: To change the Global layout of your site, you need to go to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Layout”
This theme gives you the flexibility to change the color on your site. To change the color, you need to go to “Appearance => Customize => Colors”.
You can reset the theme settings to default. For this, go to “Appearance => Customize => Reset All Settings”
Reset all theme settings: This option reset all the theme settings along with custom header and background will be reset to default.Note: Refresh the page after save to view full effects.
