I am using “latest posts” as my homepage and I cannot seem to change the second Image on the page which is the Blog header. I changed it on the Blog page but that does not work. My home page loads with the same image twice once as the header image and once as the blog image. I need to fix this or I will have wasted the $50 I spent on the template.

As per your query regarding to change the same blog image and the same header image on the front page, the feature is not available right now. For the quick fix to hide image at header, please add the given CSS following the path Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS,
#header-banner-image { background-image: none !important; }This will help you hide the header image, but we will enhance this feature in the future update.
