Hi, i scheduled a post & set the publish date & time as 24 Apr (6pm) Hong Kong Time but i found that a notice was shown “missed schedule”. May I know why the post could not be published at the scheduled date & time? Many thanks!

When we tested the reported issue in our side, post are being published exactly the way it should. Also, please note that this issue is not in any way related to the theme but with the WordPress core.
However, the issue might be there in your side because of the time zone conflict with the post time and the WordPress dashboard time. Please once verify the timezone of the dashboard by going to Admin Panel > Settings > General
