    The Website is Designsewlutions.ca.
    I recently updated my Blogism Pro theme to the current version and now I’m getting a fatal error message. My hosting people said that the current version has not been updated and that it has disabled the feature of the Heartbeat API. Their response,:

    “I have thoroughly investigated this issue and I can confirm that the page currently experiencing the issue (https://www.designsewlutions.ca/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) is the WordPress heartbeat API.

    In short, this feature allows WordPress sites to update information on the screen without the entire page being refreshed.

    It seems like in this case, updating your theme has disabled this feature as the page is showing a 0.

    I have made sure to check that this is not disabled by us in any way and I can confirm that the only way this feature can be disabled through SiteGround is with the Speed Optimizer plugin which I can confirm does not have this Heartbeat API disabled on your site.

    In this case, it seems like the Blogism Pro theme is no longer compatible with modern WordPress or PHP versions. I did some research online and it seems like the last time it was updated was 6 months ago. ”

    What do I do now?

    @lindajerlamgmail-com, Could you please share us fatal error messages so that we could figure out the actual cause of the issue? We will inspect the issue and will release the update by fixing the issue

    Appreciate for sharing the error log. It seems the issue arose during the theme-updating process. Sometimes for various reasons, the server fails to load an Ajax request.

    Don’t worry about it it won’t happen regularly. This part of the code only runs while updating the theme and it won’t affect the site’s performance
