The site is tracylynnmusic.com. There is a Favicon and the words ‘Tracy Lynn Music 2017’ associated with this site, this is what appears on the top nav bar. I can NOT find where this resides on the website, I need to change the date, obviously.
Can you have a look at and tell me where this resides?
Thank you.November 16, 2018 at 6:49 am #85090wensolutionsKeymasterPlease check your Site Title or Tagline to change the words. In your dashboard, go to Settings > General.

What I need to change is the Favicon and site title as they appear in the tabs of the navigation bar.Currently that displays as ‘ Tracy Lynn music 2017’ and has a Favicon, which I also need to change.

Here is a screen shot of what appearshttp://tracylynnmusic.com/screen-shot-for-tlm-2017-error/
I have cleared my cache, used different computers ( 2 Mac’s and 1 Pc, and an Iphone, and they all display the Tracy Lynn 2017 as the site title.
November 26, 2018 at 1:10 am #85811wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Whatever text you enter in the text field of site title option, that will appear in the tab.

Hope this clears the confusion.
Let us know if you have any confusion further.
Thank you.

As we are not allowed to change the default standard coding for the site title and tagline, the issue may have caused due to activation of the third party plugins which is not recommended by the theme.
So once please deactivate the installed plugin one by one and verify the issue.
Let us know if that resolves the issue or not?
Regards!!
November 27, 2018 at 12:15 am #85905Linda ErlamParticipantI have 18 plugins on this site, from WpEstore, to Jetpack, Yost, Google analytics, buttons, video players, and every one is used and if I have to deactivate every plugin, it will take me DAYS and DAYS to rebuild all the plugins as they are used.
This is not good, I can not tell my client that her site will be down and unusable for at least two weeks while I try to find out why the software does not recognize the site title. To say nothing of who will pay for the time it will take to rebuild it?
Is there no other way around this?
November 27, 2018 at 6:54 am #85929wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Since the issue is not caused by the theme, to resolve the issue, you need to deactivate the third party plugins and verify the issue.
Thank you 🙂 .
Regards!!
