As far as we have tested the theme locally we are unable to find such issue .
So please mention your PHP version and WordPress version for further inspection of the issue.

We have checked the theme in the WordPress version (4.7.3) with the latest version of the theme i.e version (1.0) and we are unable to find such issue .
So can you mention your PHP Version so that it would be easy for further inspection ?

As far as we have checked the issue locally with the latest version of the theme and WordPress in PHP 5.4 , we are unable to find such issue.
Also it is likely that the issue might have been caused due to the use of PHP’s APC for caching.
If you’re using caching on your site, try switching from APC/memcached cache to disk caching and see if it clears up.Also please mention your Hosting server your site is currently hosted on so that we could look further into the issue .
