I purchased the Educollege Pro theme to build up my college website which I have taken as the final year project. The amount has been debited from my credit card and I have received an official payment receipt from Themepalace showing I have paid to purchase the theme.
Yet when I go to my accounts to check the license keys, it shows that payment is pending. Please help me as I am working on tight deadlines and a delay of even a single day will make me lose credits which are important for my degree.
