    I thought that I have to pay renew if I want your support. My license cannot be activated?

    Hello @ctenoriosailormen-com,

    To activate your license you have to buy the theme download it and replace the license key with the new one that you get with the new purchase .

    After buying the new theme you will get private support forum access till 1 year of purchase date.

    Do I need to replace basic theme, downloaded by WordPress?

    Hello @pgb2002,

    If you want to use the Education Pro theme then you need to activate the Education Hub Pro theme . So if the WordPress Default theme is activated then you need to activate the theme that you want to use by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > themes .
