Since purchasing and uploading the Business Park Pro theme, my site freezes. Im also unable to customize. All I get is a blank white screen that I must refresh several times to get back to the dashboard and even so, I’m unable to do anything else after that.

While we have tested the theme on our side with the latest version no such issues you have mentioned are seen on our side.
To debug the issue further please try disabling your plugins ( if you have any third party plugins installed ) and see if the issue occurs. You can also try switching to default themes to see if the issue persists.
If the steps above does not resolve your issues, provide us your login credentials of the website to our official support email support[at]wensolutions.com so that we could log into your website and fix the issue for you.
