Hi, I’m just trying out Blog Diary with the intention to purchase Pro, and switch over a couple of other sites to your themes.
My blog is http://caringforaspouse.com
Is there a way to display the site title AND tagline only in the header without the logo? If I display the logo, it looks way too big and ugly.
The Jetpack Follow by Email widget is having formatting issues. It used to be fine. Any suggestions?
Is there a way to make the ALL POSTS section continuous scrolling to provide access to all posts?
Thanks — I really like the look of this theme so I’m anxious to switch over for real!

Please find answers to your queries below:
Query 1. Is there a way to display the site title AND tagline only in the header without the logo? If I display the logo, it looks way too big and ugly.
Response: You can hide the logo from the header section following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity and hide the logo. You can refer to the documentation link given below:
Query 2. The Jetpack Follow by Email widget is having formatting issues. It used to be fine. Any suggestions?
Response: Regarding your query related to jetpack, please explain in detail your query with a specific screenshot of the issues you are facing.
Also, the jetpack is not compatible with the theme so maybe compatibility issue might have raised the issue as you mentioned.
Query 3. Is there a way to make the ALL POSTS section continuous scrolling to provide access to all posts?
Response: Yes, in the Pro version of the theme you can make posts display as per your requirement. You can refer to the documentation link given below:

Hope this helps.
If you have further queries, let us know.

March 16, 2020 at 1:56 pm #118534lperlsteParticipantThank you for the prompt response. Just to clarify:
I was able to remove the logo and that does what I want. I wasn’t able to just simply hide it as you suggested. Did I miss something?
Regarding Jetpack. Are you suggesting that I do not use Jetpack because it is not supported? I was able to fix the formatting issue using CSS but I’m happy to use a different solution if something will work more reliably.
And I’d like to purchase this theme and one other for a restaurant business. Is the $50/theme or does it provide access to all themes?
Thanks,

Regarding your query related to the logo, can you please provide the screenshot of the section where you hide the logo but the logo ain’t hiding.
Also, we are glad if you have resolved the formatting issue using CSS.
Further, regarding your query about theme purchase, the license key that comes with the theme is only valid for one domain. So if you want to use the theme for another site, you have to buy another license.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

My Questions:
I was able to remove the logo and that does what I want. I wasn’t able to just simply hide it as you suggested. Did I miss something?Regarding Jetpack.
Your Responses: (My latest comment in bold)
Regarding your query related to the logo, can you please provide the screenshot of the section where you hide the logo but the logo ain’t hiding. I didn’t say the logo wasn’t hiding. I said I could find any control that lets you hide it. I was only able to remove it. Is there a control I’m missing? Also, we are glad if you have resolved the formatting issue using CSS. I wasn’t able to fully resolve the problem. What I asked was if you recommend not using Jetpack and if so, are there any other email subscription plugins you do recommend?
Further, regarding your query about theme purchase, the license key that comes with the theme is only valid for one domain. So if you want to use the theme for another site, you have to buy another license.
I didn’t ask about using this theme on more than one theme. I asked if I wanted to use a different theme for a different site, did I need to pay again. It appears the answer to that is yes. Thanks,

We can hide logo from the header section following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity and hide the logo. You can refer to the screen record given below:

About the jetpack, this plugin is not compatible with the theme but we are not in the position to recommend any other email subscription plugins. However, there are lots of plugin in the market related email subscription which you can use.
Yes, you need to pay again if you use a different theme for a different site.
Regards.
