    I create the FAQ, but when I put it’s shortcode in a post, it cannot display the FAQ.

    My website is http://clodiastore.com/.

    Is the plugin not compatible with other plugins or theme that I use?

    Hello,

    We have inspected your website and it seems like you have used autoptimize plugin currently in your website.
    as the plugin compresses all the CSS / Js files in the website, we could not clearly get debug the issue that might have caused an error in your website.

    Please try disabling the “autoptimize” plugin to see if there is any errors caused by it. Also, Please provide us the link to the page / post that contains the shortcode from the WP Easy FAQs plugin so that we could inspect the issue and provide possible fix.
