December 23, 2016 at 4:26 pm #26561EZiser ParticipantHi Wen, My mobile site was working fine until just a couple hours ago. I tested with no custom CSS, and on multiple browsers/devices. AND disabled any custom CSS plugins that were already running. What could have caused this breakage? What can we do to troubleshoot? What could have caused this? Also, not all of my custom css styles are applying to the mobile version. Thoughts? Thank you in advance! It is also a very rare case that the theme would have caused such an issue. Did you have installed / activated any third party plugin that might have caused any such problems? We would surely look further into the issue, however would like to request you to verify the issue further and let us know if any such issue is seen further so that we could debug further. I hadn’t changed anything during that time – plugins, updates, nothing. I simple refreshed once more before bed and it was working… Any ideas on what could have caused this breakage? Or what more I can do to troubleshoot to help you debug? December 26, 2016 at 6:02 am #26716EZiser ParticipantThanks @websolutions. I don’t think that’s the case. I cleared my system’s browsing data and am operating on a (very) fast internet connection. And again, tested on multiple devices and browsers. If the theme can’t handle a simple site like mine, I’m worried the issue will reoccur. I’ll take screenshots if the issue happens again.
