Hi. The only customizations that have been made to the site are the ones that you’ve told me to add in the previous messages in this thread. We have made no other customizations to the theme other than this. Can you tell me what customizations you are referring to?
We had to put a different CSS for the home page and the specific pages, because if we do not, they are cut off on different pages.
I will try to rephrase my comment above with visuals, to show you what I mean.
The home page desktop:

Thank you.
amplifyconsultingParticipantThanks for the response. The code you gave me didn’t quite work, but I was able to work it a little bit to make it OK. However, I’m still experiencing problems.
Here’s the code as I rewrote it:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){ .site-header{ top:90px; } .home .site-content{ margin-top: 290px; } } #main-nav{ display:none; } .page .site-content { margin-top: 350px; }
Take a look at the website now. You’ll see:
1) The home page and store still have a different amount of vertical space between the header and page content than the other main pages (like “About SwampButt).
2) The navigation menus at the top are still not horizontally centered with the logo.
3) The amount of vertical space between the header and main page content is still too much on all pages in desktop view.
Can you take a look at the site now and advise?
Thanks so much.
amplifyconsultingParticipantHi there. I’ve installed the child theme and begun rearranging things a bit. I was able to remove one of the hamburger menus, but the one that is remaining is still making things crazy in the responsive mode.
Here’s what I need to do.
1) I need the logo to be larger than the recommended 150×150, because otherwise it’s unreadable. Therefore, I uploaded a logo file that is a readable size, however, it makes the header look enormous and covers part of the content on the main page.
What I want is for the two menus to be centered horizontally with the logo, and I don’t want the header to cover the main page content.

2) When I view the site on tablet or mobile, the hamburger menu bar covers the logo. I either need this menu bar to be transparent, or I need it to push down below the logo.

3) For some reason, there seems to be a lot of extra space between the header and the main content on all of the other pages. I want to see the background in this section *a little* bit, but not this much … I would like it to be reduced by at least half.

Can you please advise on these three items ASAP?
And one more bonus item: Where did this menu come from and how do I get rid of it?

Thanks so much.
amplifyconsultingParticipantIs there a way to remove breadcrumbs altogether?
Thanks
amplifyconsultingParticipantHi there, sorry, I’m not quite clear on what you’re suggesting.
Are you saying that because I have a menu assigned in the Header Menu location, it’s messing with the responsive display?
I wish I could show a screen shot here, but basically, when displayed on a tablet or phone, I’m getting a hamburger menu on both the left and the right. I only one the one on the right.
Also – the logo is not appearing correctly … on a tablet and phone, the bottom half of the logo is cut off by the menu bar.
Thanks for your help.
