where to get the file to import? or is the file from Kids Education suitable for Kid’s Education PRO?

As for now, the demo file for kids education pro theme is not available.
Also, you can import demo file of kids education theme(free version)as most of the portion in front page of free version theme and pro version theme are similar.
Further, to add the portion which cannot be obtain from demo file of free version of theme, you can refer link of our official documentation to set up front page as demo manually which is given below:

When scrolling, the header with icons behaves differently in the regular version of the template. Tell me how to fix the header in the pro version, so that it is like in a regular template? Everything was OK?

The issue you mentioned is the known issue and we will soon release the update fixing the issue.

Maybe you just write in which file to make changes via ftp? It will be faster than waiting for the post for months. style.css or js files.
