Every time I try to add code to any page using the code block, it just leaves it as code. I haven’t been able to link to my songkick tourbox page to keep an updated list of shows or use the direct code for a mailchimp newsletter signup, both of which are essential features. How do I remedy this?

This happens when I try to use code provided by any other website that is supposed to integrate something onto my website (a mailchimp form, a constantly updating list of tour dates, etc.).
I don’t know how to upload screenshots to this forum. I have two that exemplify the problem. This was specifically to add the widget for Tourbox by Songkick that provides a current list of tour dates integrated into my site. I added the code using a box that says it’s for adding code. The code stays code. This happens for any other code I try to add as well, so not just Tourbox.

Actually, the issue you have reported is not related with our theme.
Also, if you want to add the code in your site then you can add the piece of code in your child theme.

How is this not related to your theme? I have embedded forms using code to several different wordpress sites using both free and paid themes. It has worked in all of them except your theme. I would like a refund since your theme is unable to function properly.

Actually, the feature regarding adding the widget for Tourbox by Songkick is not the feature which is provided by theme so we have mentioned earlier that the issue is not related with the theme.
Can you please mention which plugin are you using for Tourbox by Songkick because the issue also can be raised due to incompatibility of plugin with theme?
Also, Can you please provide us with specific screenshot what you are willing to do and which issue are you facing so that we will be clear about the issue? You can provide us screenshot with the help of lightshot.
