Is it possible to add a widget in Header for Education Hub Pro, next to Quick Links, or above or below Search? Want to add Google Website Translator by Prisna.net
Unrelated question, can we add a desktop view link in mobile version?

The Header bar in the education hub pro theme is not a widget area so custom widget that you want to add can not be added directly in the header.
If adding multiple language links in quick links is your query, please review the solution to similar query replied in this thread : http://themepalace.com/topic/adding-link-in-top-bar/
