I have issue with the footer how do i change the gallery widget to about us widget

You can simply change the content of widgets by changing the blocks as per your need,

I cannot get the redline like the other footer widgete
To get a redline just below the Widget Title, you need to add an Additional Class ‘widget-title’ to that heading block
