I purchased University Pro this morning, followed the instructions through to my account.. i click “View Licenses” to add my site, and the page does not open. It refreshes the page i am currently on , with no “manage sites” option.
I am thus unable to activate my site.
I have been building on the free version for some time, and would like to upgrade to pro, but I do not want to re-do everything by uploading the theme files via ftp and overwriting everything I’ve already done.
What am I missing? Where can i find the “manage sites” area of my account?February 3, 2017 at 9:02 am #30880jtayman3ParticipantThis morning I clicked the “view licenses” link and it DID take me to the Manage Sites link, which i clicked and added my site.
I put in the full path to the wordpress folder the site resides in..( sjshollywood.org/wordpress2/) but i do not see anything on my dashboard to enter the API key, and I still have the “buy pro” button showing in the customization area.
Help?February 4, 2017 at 12:13 pm #30985wensolutionsKeymasterHello @jtayman3,
After activating your pro version of the theme in your Website, the field to enter the theme license appears under the Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Theme License.
If you have setup and activated the theme, the field should appear in the section. Please check and verify that the University Hub Pro theme is installed and activated in your website correctly.
You can also go through the link below for more helpful instructions on managing site license here :

Please write back to us for any further queries.
Hope this Helps,

I still do not have the upgrade options on my installed copy, no place to add the API key, and it still has a green “Upgrade to Pro” button.
Please check into this. I have been held up on this project for nearly a week now since making this purchase.
At the moment, i am very dissatisfied.February 6, 2017 at 11:42 pm #31248wensolutionsKeymasterHello @jtayman3,
The “Upgrade to Pro” button is only shown in the customizer while the free version of the University Hub theme is activated in the website.
Please check and verify that you have installed and activated the pro version of the theme.
Also, please share with us your website URL so that we can inspect the site and instruct further.
If you are still having trouble with the upgrade you can also choose to send us your WordPress backend credentials to our official support e-mail : support[at]wensolutions.com so that we could log into your website and check for the issue further.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

I’ve got it. I lost some customization I had done, but it’s no big deal, it was quick to re-establish it. I had assumed that adding the site to the license would automatically trigger the change in the version of the theme I had already installed.
I uploaded the pro theme via ftp and switched it over.. like i said a little bit was lost, but not much.
I’m good to go. I like the theme, by the way, Very clean, looks nice. My client is very happy with it.thanks!

Best Regards !!
