Cant use clean commerce pro when using https://
May 26, 2017 at 12:26 am #43391wensolutionsKeymasterHello @westlake,
For your information whatever URL you have in your Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) will be your address URL . So it should not make any difference or generate any issue .
If you have any confusion further kindly let us know .
Hope this helps.
Best Regards!!

your basic clean commerce template works without a problem – but when I try to use clean commerce PRO then it does not work – maybe I can give you the log in so you can see for yourself

When checked from our side we are unable to find such issue . Clean Commerce pro is working absolutely fine .
So please post your site URL so that we could inspect further .
Hope this helps.

I then switch to free version and customise works – I switch back to PRO and customise no longer working
here is link to video
May 26, 2017 at 5:05 am #43433wensolutionsKeymasterHello @westlake,
We have inspected the issue through the video you have shared with us.
Upon inspection, the issue seems to be the White screen of death issue and customizer is not lading due to some kind of conflicts.
To debug the issue further, please follow the steps below :
- Set WP_DEBUG() to true
Please check the issue by setting WP_DEBUG() true in your wp-confif.php file to see if any errors are shown in the customizer section. If any errors are shown please provide us details on the error so that we can debug further. For more info check the link here : https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Debug
- Check By deactivating Plugins
Please check the issue by deactivating your plugins one by one to see if the issue is caused by theme / plugin conflicts.
You can also try debugging further with methods listed here :
https://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors
If you have any queries / issues. Please feel free to write back to us.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

The only plugin I have activated is woocommerce!
you can see the details at the following link
May 26, 2017 at 7:25 am #43438nick ApplebyParticipantim going to remove wordpress and re-install and then load woocommerce and then load your theme again and check it
May 26, 2017 at 7:38 am #43440nick ApplebyParticipantI re-installed everything and had the same problem
now – I deactivate WOOCOMMERCE and now I can access the customise template feature
So the problem appears to be incompatibility with Woocommerce – but is is supposed to be a woocommerce template
May 29, 2017 at 7:37 am #43598wensolutionsKeymasterHello @westlake,
When we have tested the theme in live site it is working absolutely fine and Clean Commerce Pro is compatible with the WooCommerce . The theme itself recommends the Woo Commerce plugin .
So please check the issue by by following step
Set WP_DEBUG() to true
Please check the issue by setting WP_DEBUG() true in your wp-confif.php file to see if any errors are shown in the customizer section. If any errors are shown please provide us details on the error so that we can debug further. For more info check the link here : https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#DebugIf this does not solve the issue please share your login credential in our official email address ( support@wensolutions.com ) so that it would be easier for us to inspect your issue .
Hope you understand .
Best Regards!!!
