I tried to purchase Education Hub Pro through WP. To some extent this seemed to work: I was able to upload a picture to WP which is shown on the “Sample Page”, and was notified that my payment had been accepted. But WP still tells me that I need to “Buy Pro”. And, for example, there seems to be no options for sidebars or footers as described the comparison between the free and pro themes.
Or, in other words, I do not understand how I can make a web site that looks anything like the example shown on your web site. My first cut sure doesn’t look like yours on my WP “Sample Page”!
July 13, 2017 at 12:41 am #47589wensolutionsKeymasterHello @rotaryclubofdelmarny,
First of all please make sure you have activated the Education hub pro version . Also make sure you have entered the correct API key . After buying the pro version Theme Palace provides an API key which you need to enter by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Theme License .

Also to set up as in the demo you can always refer to theme official documentation . Below is the link of the documentation .

If you have any confusion while setting up any of the section then please let us know so that we could assist you further .
Hope this helps.
Best Regards!!
Have a good day .

Very, very frustrating!!!
July 17, 2017 at 11:45 pm #47875wensolutionsKeymasterHello @rotaryclubofdelmarny,
It is very unlikely for the access issue message to show in the Admin dashboard. While we have tested the theme with latest version ( version. 2.5 ) No such issues has been noted.
For debug of the issue, please make sure that your currently logged in user has “admin” user role and capabilities.
If you are still having the issue, please share with us the screenshot of the issue along with your WordPress and PHP version details so that we can help you debug further.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!
July 18, 2017 at 8:40 am #47892rotaryclubofdelmarnyParticipantWordPress is now on Version 4.8, so that may be part of the problem. I am logged in to WordPress as “Administrator”, and there are no other users.
I could find no “Admin dashboard”, and no place to enter the license number under the appearance tab or anywhere else in WordPress. I have no idea what PHP means. Therefor, I cannot send you a screenshot of the issue.
Perhaps the best way forward to resolving the issue would be for me to send you my username and password for WordPress and you could fix the problem yourself. You have my email on my ThemePalace account. Or perhaps you could go directly to ThemePalace directly and give me permission to use the program.
July 19, 2017 at 12:49 am #47948wensolutionsKeymasterHello @rotaryclubofdelmarny,
While we have tested the theme with the latest WordPress version( version 4.8 ) the issue was not found on our side.
Please refer to the screenshot here( http://imgur.com/a/iriLK ) for the path to the theme license field and verify on your side. Also, it would be easier for us to debug if you can send the screenshot of the screen / error you are seeing on your dashboard.
If the issue is not resolved, you can send us your login credentials to our official support e-mail support[at]wensolutions.com so that we can inspect the issue.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!
July 19, 2017 at 3:04 pm #47983rotaryclubofdelmarnyParticipantI have sent you the screen shots which you requested. Nowhere could I find the tab shown in your screenshot that would allow me to enter my license number. Hopefully, you can tell me what I am missing.
If not, I will send you the credential needed to log in to your site.
Regards
July 20, 2017 at 2:14 am #48030wensolutionsKeymasterHello @rotaryclubofdelmarny,
When inspecting your screen shot we found that you have not activated the Education Hub Pro theme . So please at first activate the Education Hub Pro from Admin Panel > Appearance > Themes. Once you Activate the pro version you will get the menu field Theme License In Admin Panel > Appearance .
Then finally place the API key by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Theme License .
