    Hi,
    Just wanted to get some help.

    For some reason my web interface is not working correctly on my mobile phone.

    I have tested the UI design on safari, chrome, firefox all working fine.
    When I test on safari using my ipad, it works fine.

    Yet when I use it on my iphone 5, the image are not present, and the menu is partially removed.

    Any ideas?

    Well, I am quite dis-satisfied with the lack of response given the fact that I paid for this product.

    I have a simple question, and I need help with it.

    Is no one willing to assist?

    Regarding the query

    While we have tested the latest version of the photomania pro theme, the UI issues you have mentioned was not seen in iphone 5 screen on our side.

    Could you please provide us your Website URL and provide us details ( if possible : screenshot ) on the issues so that we could inspect the issues and help you with some precise fix ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response. I have installed a different theme at the moment as I wanted to see if this issue was pure theme related and it isn’t.

    When I view on a mobile device, and enter the menu, it then converts to an old setting with unused menus.

    I have a screen shot but how can I get the image to you?

    You can send us the link to the screenshot by uploading the screenshot to the free image hosting sites like ( https://imgur.com/upload ).

    Also, it would be helpful for us to debug the issue further in the live site.

    Hi here is the link:

    User Interface differences

    If you look closely at the menu items, you will see that the menus are different, even though I have deleted it. I have also clear out the caches in wordpress admin.

    Hello @mykul0rr,

    When we inspected your screen shot we found that the theme that you are having an issue is not of Photomania Pro . The theme you have activated is Fotografie pro and the this is not the support forum for the Fotografie pro.

    So please post your issue in respective forum to get the help with your issues .
