You can add in the telegram icon to the social links by using the following custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS :

.education_hub_widget_social ul li a[href*="telegram.com"]:before {
    content: "\f2c6";
}

If the icons are still not loaded, you can also try loading the icons with CDN with the help of plugins like Better Font Awesome.
