Can you please let us know where do you want to shift the logo?
By looking at it we can decide whether it requires a higher code customization or we can simply provide the custom CSS to achieve it.

The theme has already provided the option to upload the logo in site identity section.
For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity and upload your logo.
