Thank you for a lovely theme. I haven’t encountered this problem before today and I’ve worked with the theme for more than a month now.
When I make changes in customizing the template, I receive this message:
Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.
I thought it only happened while adding an item to Quick Links but it’s not publishing after making changes in customization area at all. I’ve waited more than an hour and still this message appears. Any ideas?
Thank you!

Thank you very much for using the theme.
The issues has occurred more likely due to activation of the third party plugin.
So, please can you deactivate the third party plugins that you have installed and verify the issue.
Thank you.
Regards!!

I deactivated the plugins I installed most recently and still got the same message. I then, deactivated all plugins and the changes are still not publishing, with the same error message.
Kind regards,

If none are, keep all plugins deactivated and switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme to check whether it’s an issue with the theme or not?
Thank you

I get the same error message when using the Twenty Seventeen theme. But I only get this message now when making changes to Menus (customize theme area. All other changes are being published. (I had already played around with several other themes to see if this were happening anywhere else.)
If there is a solution, that’s great but I am able to make changes under Appearance ► Menus option with all plugins activated.
Thanks for your assistance.

August 22, 2018 at 2:01 am #78030wensolutionsKeymasterHello @jovi,
Since the issue is found even switching to the default theme so the issues are unlikely to be of the Education HUb theme. Also, when we checked the theme locally we are unable to find such issues.
Additionally, we are very glad that you found work around for the issue.
Further, we will definitely look for the issue as well.
If you have any issues further then please let us know.
Thank you.
Regards!!

My best,
