Hello,
I purchased this theme today but a lot of things don’t work and I have a really hard time making a functional website with this theme and therefore would like to issue a refund if appliciable.
Things I encountered: Colours don’t work properly, setting a home page screws over the entire home page, limited costumization.

Can you please provide us with your site URL so that we can inspect your issue regarding the homepage setup, since, in our side the theme along with it’s functionality is working perfectly fine.
Also, regarding the color issue, can you please specify in which particular option you found the issue so that we can fix it as soon as possible.

May 6, 2019 at 3:40 am #96998ChillTickParticipantI had problems with the site so had to reset everything so I can’t really show you the website anymore.
Regarding the color issue, when I wanted to do a costum color for the website theme it would just turn purple regardless of the color I selected. And in general I thought the design lacked colouring options.

Your PHP version is very low. We built all our theme in the WP version and PHP version environment. The issue you have mentioned may have arisen due to lower PHP version. So once we suggest you to use the recent versions and use the theme.
WordPress core team even recommends you to use the latest version of PHP and WordPress itself.

I have bought “Architectonic Pro” theme (1- year licence@ $49) on November 10, 2019. First I used the free version but due to lack of customization ability I went for Pro version and I am surprised to see that there are no customization options in pro version as well. There are no ciustomization options for header, footer and it has very limited functionality and options. I am extremely disappointed with the theme as I bought the theme on the hope of more functionality but there is no difference between free and pro verison just a few more options which are no worth mentioning. I want refund for my purchase as I am extremely disappointed with it. I did not meet my expections at all. I have also emailed at info@themepalace.com for refund. Hope you will reply within time.
