I have created an API key on the Google Cloud Platform in my Google account.
I have inserted that API key on Customizing > Page Templates > Contact Page
But all it does is display code.

I have installed the Simple Google Maps Shortcode plugin just now. Now the code is not visible anymore but the map is still not showing up.

Please make sure that you have pasted the code in the respective page. For example, after creating a contact form, you will get a Short Code. Paste the Short Code in the Contact Us page and update the changes.
If the problem still persist, you ca refer to Hire our Customizer service.

Yes I know that the contact form is there. That was never the problem, it was always there!
I’m asking how to show the Google Map! Currently it only shows the heading ‘Google Map’ but no map underneath. You can see that it’s not there in the screenshot you sent me.
What do I need to do to show the Google Map?

We would like to apologize for the misunderstanding.
For the google map, at first, you need to activate the plugin “WP Google Map” which is recommended by the theme itself.
