Hello!
In the free version there are only 3 layouts: Three Columns, Content – Primary Sidebar, Primary Sidebar – Content.
Are there layouts in the PRO verison with Secondary Sidebar, are those useable without WooCommerce?

Regarding your query, yes the pro version have the option to set the secondary sidebar and it does not require WooCommerce.
