Hello,
I’m having trouble when looking at my website, http://library.mhu.edu/ ,on a phone device. When I switch from portrait to landscape view it doesn’t automatically configure to the new view. For example, if I start out in portrait view and then turn to landscape, it stays in portrait mode and won’t function at all. It’s like it freezes and then I get the following message “A problem occured with this website so it was reloaded”. Can you help with this?

We have monitored your website and seems like some plugin is causing this issue. If you have installed any third party plugins then please try disabling them one by one and check if the issue is fixed on your site. If the issue is fixed you will know the exact plugin that has created the issue.

I’m just putting my attention back to the issue mentioned in the email thread above. Last night I disabled all of the plug-ins I have installed one by one and checked to see if this resolved the problem. I was hopeful this would fix it, but it did not. Do you have any other recommendations?

For further debugging into the issue please upgrade the mobile browser that you are using to test the website currently and see if the issue is resolved. You can also try switching to other devices/ browsers and load the website to see if the issue is resolved.
Furthermore, please try checking by loading the the theme demo site in your updated mobile browser to verify if the issue is specific to theme or the browser / device itself. Please find the link to the theme demo website here : http://demo.wenthemes.com/education-hub/
