Hi Theme Palace,
I bought Theme Education Hub Pro, which license is one year. The question is if the license period expires, is my website using the theme still running or what?
What is meant by the license, is it only about support and updates for the theme?Thank you

First of all, thank you very much for your interest in the Education Hub Pro theme.
All of our premium themes come with the initial 1 year of Subscription i.e. you can download the updates till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates.
For the renewing process, you have to simply buy the theme and use the license that you get from the new purchase. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the themes to your site. You can use it on your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription. The only thing is you don’t get the latest update of the addons.

Yes, andI rec’ve this error at the top of my WP dashboard…
“Education Hub Pro Child License Key has not been activated, so the theme is inactive. Click here to activate the license key and the theme. Get API key from Theme Palace.”
When I enter the key and click ‘activate’ I rec’v error ‘License Status is unknown’. Can you assist? thank you in advance for your prompt reply. I need to be able to update this theme. My subscription is active until November 2020.

Regarding your query about the license, once you check the following setting which might help resolve your license issue.
1. Once you enter the correct license key.
2. Also if you have used the license key for another site then you have to reset the license key. The license once used for a site won’t support until it is reset.
3. There might be a cache or server issue.Regards
