How do I activate the Realestate Base Pro blog layout page option? Is there some code I need to enter into the Blog page to pull in the theme’s blog layout?

Regarding your query, please add the setup following the instruction link given below.
Also, you can set the homepage as static page and choose the Home page in first drop down and Blog page in the another drop down as shown in the screenshot given below. You have to create blog page and homepage to assign in the static page.
