I have an easy fix for you.
My blog page is https://chiyucenter.com/blog.
If you go there, you’ll see that the first post shown is from August 2017. Also, it is in the category “Classes” which I have listed as a Category Exclusion for my blog according to your blog customization options.
I need my blog to show my newsfeed correctly — with the latest news first (not old news from August). Also I need the category exclusion option to work.
Please fix and send out a theme update. Looking forward to a fast fix. Thank you!

When we checked the theme locally for the issue, we are unable to find such issue.
So if you have installed any third party plugin please deactivate them and verify the issue.
