January 3, 2020 at 1:59 am #113022wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Regarding your query, we are not quite clear about the issue you are facing. If possible please send the screenshot marking the issue you are mentioning.
Regards.

It is asking for an instagram username as opposed to a token ID to get access from instagram. Will this theme be updated to include this?
January 6, 2020 at 3:44 am #113182wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Regarding your query, to derive the Instagram pictures and details, you need to add username. Also, make sure your account is public.
When we inspected our side, everything works fine as you can see in the screen record provided below :
https://www.loom.com/share/49b14ac0cbe64ef480b63b6825e2948c
Also, make sure you are using the updated version of the theme.
Even if this doesn’t work, provide us with your site URL so that we can detect the issue.
Hope this helps.
If you have further queries, let us know.
Thank you.
January 7, 2020 at 4:19 pm #113282Cameron CoffeyParticipantI am running the latest version: BlogSlog Pro 1.0.2. I have not launched my site yet so my URL will only return a “coming soon” page.
The demo version on you own site is showing the same error I am receiving on mine. I am not wanting to put the instagram feed in a widget sidebar. I am wanting it to be laid out exactly where it shows in your demo: at the bottom but above the footer widgets.
January 8, 2020 at 12:56 am #113302wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
We are using the latest version of the theme as shown in the screenshot below :
Everything works fine in our side.
Make sure you use the username of public account and correct username. For clarification, you can refer to the video given :

Even if this does not work, please provide us with your site URL.
Hope this helps.
If you have further queries, let us know.
Thank you.

Please once enable the Instagram section in your site from the backend so that we can inspect from the site URL you provided.
Even if the issue still persists then please provide us with the login detail.
