Hello,
I would like to change out the testimonials section for a testimonial plugin I have used and had great luck with. I do not see an option to do this, how would I go about this?

Currently, it is not possible and as much as we would love to help you with this, we are unable to do so as it requires higher code customization.
So if you want you can hire a freelancer for the feature.
But if you want then you can disable the testimonial section from the customizer option.
Further, if you have any queries/confusion regarding the theme then kindly let us know.
