    Hi Themepalace,

    I have been trying to update my theme ( Corporate Pro ) but it’s refusing to work.
    It’s showing me this error: ( Download failed: Update failed: too many redirects )

    I really need help fixing this… thank you very much

    Hello ,

    Please once try manually downloading and uploading the theme to your server .

    There is also possibility that you may be getting such error due to the use of third party plugin that uses redirection technique . So you can even try updating by disabling the third party plugin one by one if you have installed any .

    Thank you very much for the fast reply.
    I tried uninstalling the plugins and then installing the theme but still showing me the same error.
    —
    I also made a child them because i do not want to loose my small customizations..

    any other ideas of how I can resolve this issue?
