Hi,

I’m using Kids Education theme (free) and when I click ‘Customise’ under the appearance tab on my dashboard, I receive the following error message:

I have a Go Daddy managed WordPress and I contacted them for support but they said this error is a problem with the theme itself and that I should contact Theme Palace for support.

Can anyone advise me how I can resolve this issue?

I tried deleting the theme and reinstalling it but that didn’t work.
