Actually, the thing is the demo content is not available within the theme.

But we do have the theme official documentation which you can refer to set up your site.

Also, the theme your using is not demo version. After the activation of the required theme you need to customizing/set content from Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize.

To set up the recent blog section go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Frontpage widget area and add the widget “NB: Latest News”.

Since the widget is set up using the category, just create the posts of your desired choices and assign them to a category. Then finally choose that category to display.

Now coming to your query, to remove the demo phone no and email just go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Header Options and empty the field of Phone no and email as mentioned in the screenshot below:
