    Hi I wonder if you can help me please I’ve been sent round the houses abit.

    I have this theme. I had a full editing toolbar once day, was able to set headings, add linked text etc, and now I can’t.

    Are you able to help me at all please?

    Attaching how it should look and how it actually looks at present.

    I also can not flick the page view (text/visual) screen’s

    Actually the image you have posted is completely distorted and we are unable to view what exactly your issue is .

    So can you please re post your image properly. Also it would be easier for us to inspect if you post your site URL with proper explanation of the issue .
